Another premium Asian-inspired restaurant has joined Brisbane’s growing foodie scene – this time it’s The Imperial, located in the Riverside Quarter on Eagle Street in the CBD.
The Imperial celebrates the flavours of modern China with a flashy menu that is just as impressive as the panoramic views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane river that sit behind floor-to-ceiling glass panels.
The Imperial is led by Larry Wang and three former Hong Kong chefs, so you know you’re in good hands when you dine as the lavish restaurant that pays homage to the famous spice-blends and cooking principles of Chinese cuisine.
Oh and did I mention they specialise in seafood!
Think prawn spring rolls, steamed garoupa fillet and combination dim sims, as well as a number of duck dishes and an authentic (and delicious!) sweet and sour pork with pineapple.
