This week we caught up with Brisbane food blogger Mimi Hyll of http://mimimusttry.com/ to chat all things Brisbane food, fashion and experiences.

Mimi is in the know when it comes to Brisbane’s tasty treats and she’s always on the hunt for something new to sink her teeth into.

After relocating to Brisbane from Adelaide, Mimi decided to share her adventure with cyberspace, chronicling on her blog the places she was experiencing in her new backyard. So, how does she like her adopted home city? Mimi said Brisbane is “a city with atmosphere and character without being overwhelming or pretentious – instead there is a real sense of local community with buzz and excitement.” And what about the food? “We are so spoilt here in Brisbane! The quality of the produce offered and the pride in provenance is amazing,” Mimi said.

So without further ado, here is Mimi’s Brisbane Hit List
