Grown up fun at Dendy Portside

You know those mornings when you wake up, vague memories of the night before, way too many drinks and the late night pizza (or maccas dash) on the way home? That ‘rough night’ we all try to forget, where we were just letting our hair down and having fun out with fiends? Yeah that night. Well… Rough Night is the new #LMAO R-rated comedy about just that… a group of girls having a weekend renion-turned rough night… which may or may not include killing a stripper (by accident of course).  Dendy Portside are hosting a pre-screening, red carpet event of Rough Night this Wednesday 14th June. It includes a complimentary drink and (rumour has it) topless waitstaff. Who doesn’t love that for a cheeky mid-week pick-me-up? Starring Scarlet Johanson, Kate McKinnon and Zoe Kravitz (anyone else soooooo in love with Zoe after Big Little Lies?). Tickets are available online.

#BTInsiderTip – we have teamed up with Dendy Portside to give away a double pass to the red carpet screening of Rough Night this Wednesday 14th of June. Head to our Facebook profile @brisbanethreads for all the details!!

Fun for the littlies…

This Sunday the 18th June Dendy Portside are holding a family fun day pre-screening of Despicable Me 3. The fun starts at 10am  with face painting, colouring in and other activities, with Despicable Me 3 showing at 10:30am.

And with Queensland school holidays just around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about all the holiday fun with the little people in your life! Be your nephews and/or nieces favourite Aunty or Uncle by spoiling them to a trip to Dendy Portside to see Despicable Me 3 and Cars 3. Or if you are like me and have been watching the first two movies in these series with your own children (for the past few years) perhaps you too are actually excited for some new content… What will Lightening McQueen get up to this time? And who doesn’t love the Minions? Big or little people everywhere adore those crazy little yellow creatures!

#BTInsiderTip – Dendy Portside are running a promotion for club Dendy members,  $12.50 tickets to all films, and bring as many kids as they like for only $9.50! Also everyone who attends receives a FREE small popcorn as well!

Head over to Dendy Portside for more information and session times.
