If you’re a morning person like me, breakfast, brunch and morning tea could be your three favourite meals of the day! And working at Brisbane Threads, we certainly get to sample our fair share of new dining options, all in the name of research of course! But sometimes, it’s nice to add a little sparkle to the morning meals of the day and our favourite spot, Spicers Balfour, has done exactly that.
Bubbles and Breakfast. The name itself gets me excited! Select an a la carte menu option from the breakfast menu, the chef’s fresh juice of the day, espresso coffee or pot of tea plus a glass of Cloudy Bay Pelorus Pinot Noir / Chardonnay. If you’re celebrating something special, meeting girlfriends or just want to toast the weekend, bubbles and breakfast turn bacon and eggs into a celebration!
High Tea. As if the idea of morning tea (coffee/tea and yummy treats) couldn’t get any better… add in a chef prepared array of delectable savoury and sweet options, like ham hock terrine with apple pickle or chicken rillette and freshly baked Lindt choc chip cookies and seasonal chocolate dipped fruit then add your favourite coffee or tea, or a sparkling wine if you’re feeling in the mood! High tea makes catching up with mum or your girlfriends an occasion they’ll be talking about all week!
Bubbles and Breakfast, and the High Tea are available 7 days a week. So there’s no excuse not to celebrate!
