The League of Extraordinary Women + Sacha Drake + breakfast = one utterly inspiring morning.
Don’t know what I’m talking about? Keep reading, it’s a must!
The League of Extraordinary Women is a buzzing, dynamic community for female entrepreneurs built on five key values – inspiration, community, entrepreneurial drive, integrity and thinking big and differently. Celebrating women who disrupt the status quo, The League of Extraordinary Women has built a powerfully influential community of passionate and motivated women to encourage and foster inspiring relationships.
The League hosts exclusive events throughout the year, including their popular breakfast series where a dynamic guest speaker shares their story and advice to a room packed full of like-minded women basking in inspiration and networking opportunities. There’s absolutely no way inspiration cannot be drawn from these events and the big dream of the women who make up the league, the guest speakers and other attendees.
Us Brisbane babes are in with some luck, because the Brisbane networking event is on next Tuesday, November 11, with local designer Sacha Drake taking to the stage as guest speaker to share her insightful fashion odyssey.
Sacha Drake, designer of self-titled premium dress label, has gathered a huge following throughout her decade in the Australian fashion industry, achieving 150 stockists in Australia and New Zealand, a flourishing online store, a flagship Brisbane boutique and a coveted dress label that makes the modern woman swoon.
As a brand, Sacha Drake is known for its clever convertible pieces, beautiful prints and flattering shapes that inspire confidence in the modern woman. It’s also entirely Australian-owned (so on a side note, get on board for shop small November). You can read more about Sacha Drake on our previous posts here, here and here. Can you tell she’s one of our favourite local designers?
With months until the next League of Extraordinary Women event, I’d be snapping up some tickets ASAP if I were you! Get motivated before your working day begins and surround yourself with inspiring women to develop long-lasting business relationships and form friendships with those making a difference in their world.
