It is no secret that here at Brisbane Threads we LOVE yoga! It is great for the mind, the body and the soul. In this busy and stressful digital world we live in, having some holistic down time is always much needed!
Whether you regularly practice yoga, or you have been thinking about starting yoga for a while; finding the right studio for you is paramount to you enjoying yourself on the mat! There are so many different styles and types of classes, so it is best to try a few different ones to see which suits you. Jumping straight into a hardcore 90-minute yoga class might not be the best place to start if you have never done an asana before… So we have rounded up FOUR of Brisbane’s Best Beginner Yoga Studios. Each of these studios offer specialised beginner classes for all you budding yogis and yoginis.
Prepare to reach true bliss (on the inside and out) when you practise yoga at Inna Bliss. Complete, utter, inner bliss… With three stunning & relaxing studio locations across Brisbane’s southside; in Bulimba, Wynnum and Camp Hill, finding a yoga studio close to you has never been easier! Inna Bliss yoga classes are based on Vinyasa yoga; so you can expect lots of slow poses with a deep focus on breathing. They offer many different classes including, yin, slow flow, candlelight and beginner to name a few; we recommend trying a few to see which style you love the best! For the complete yoga novice they regularly offer six-week beginner yoga classes across each of their three studios and it is a great way to be introduced to the style of yoga offered by Inna Bliss. Our editor Emmy has been practising (very irregularly we might add) at Inna Bliss for a while… did you catch her ‘confessions of a yogi wannabe?
